Excuses all round, as far as my comments regarding just WHEN DMX should have considered this GAAP thing to be a sensitive issue.
It does in no way negate the damage done by this public spat between DMX and the OSC.
I can see DMX having really big problems if they ever attempt to list on the NASDAQ with the present DMX set up. Really, although Mrs. Keeler must have some talents, managing a public company is not one of her strong points.
DMX needs a very strong, competent, ethical professional accountant to act as CFO but this is unlikely to happen as such a suitable person would be likely to be in no time seriously challenging Keeler's management of DMX.
DMX also needs some competent, strong minded non executive directors who are not related to or friends of President Keeler and a truly independent, competent auditor to counteract a head strong, dominatrix. Fox.
