lurq, My 'why?' was in regard to this........... "In that regard it was refreshing to hear Treasury Secretary Snow say the U.S. is experiencing slow economic recovery "at best". 'Course if he keeps saying things like that, he may not be around very long." As I said, Bush has said the same thing publicly. And I do agree that Blix's obfuscation could backfire. No doubt he will spin some 'excuse' for withholding so much damning evidence of Iraqi material breeches of resolution 1441, while he spoke loudly & positively about Iraqi compliance, 'er, actually "process".
