I saw an interview with Darryl Worley regarding that song. He's actually disturbed at what he has seen both here & abroad by some folks that made him wonder if they had forgotten. He wanted to write something for our troops to let them know that most of us didn't forget & that we stand behind them in these trying times. Sadly, some folks have allowed political & other deep seated bias to overcome the reality of that horrific event. They have taken a stand with little regard for the reprucussions & consequences of what they are trying to accomplish. JMHO
