The first USA president who allows a USA TROOP to be convicted by such a court will have a very short term indeed. I very seriously doubt the American people would stand for that. jdn

But Washington -- which opposes the tribunal -- stayed away from the ceremony.

I think some folks in Washington may find themselves visiting the Hague. They will be on the wrong side of the defense table.
