But, you separate "the markets" from "the economy" in your posts. The recession was over before Clinton ever came to office.

Wonder why Bush I wasn't able to reap the benefits of Reagonomics, but then four years after the failed trickle down policies Clinton was? Guess that's why they called it Voodo Economics because of it's mystical hit and miss properties!
