It could be by May. in any event, it's clear that the third-world slave-camp country of N Korea is just begging for food from the rest of the world, since they spend what little money they do have on weapons.

Maybe GST's enlightened chinese will step in and do something meaningful for a change. But i'm not holding my breath on that one either. The insular, introverted nature of china is not exactly a good foundation for international peace-building.
