I personally believe its an issue that is more in the domain of women then men.

If you are talking about the ones doing the killing, yes, but if you are talking about those being killed, it's about 50/50 boys/girls. If abortion = killing, that is.

Justice Blackmun doesn't define logic.

Actually Blackmun doesn't even use any logic in the part of his statement that you quoted. It just says "...the Ninth Amendment's reservation of rights to the people, is broad enough. That is just a bald assertion not a logical argument.

Following your link in case he made a logical argument that you didn't quote doesn't come up with much. He lists other similar opinions. He talks about problems women might have if they are not allowed to have an abortion. It makes an argument for legal abortion and against the idea that the fetus is a human life. But it does not make an argument for the right to privacy (which it just assumes) or for the idea that privacy includes abortion (but not other things that Judge Blackmun might want to be illegal).
