Ted, <IMO they did define the beginning of life...after the first trimester but their are very vocal minorities who disagree.>

After skimming through the text in the link you provided, I find nothing that shows the Supreme Court making any definition of when life begins. In fact, the court explicitly states that they cannot make that decision.

So instead, they resort to the issue of privacy, knowing that the issue of life was still ill-defined. Then they tried to cover the logical fallacy I pointed out with "tiered shades of grey."

Saline Amniocentesis (Salt Poisoning) This method, first used in Nazi concentration camps and now common in America, is performed during the second or early third trimester. A needle is injected into the abdomen, and 50-250ml of amniotic liquid is removed12. This is replaced by a concentrated salt that burns away and deteriorates the baby's skin13. Within three days the mother goes into labor and delivers a dead, burned baby14.
This concentrated salt may cause severe hemmorage, cervical injuries, or side effects to the nervous system such as seizures or coma15.

IMO they did define the beginning of life...after the first trimester but their are very vocal minorities who disagree.

Were this the case, "Partial Birth Abortion" -- supported by the previous administration, NOW, and a good portion of the liberal politicians now in office -- would LEGALLY meet the definition of murder.
