The Fundamental answer is MU's stock began to revive when they announced their layoffs and expense reduction plans.

Technically the answer is easier. The stock was simply too oversold to continue downward without a new reason. RSI below 30? That's tough to find.

Unfortunately unless the market for MU's products improves the current distribution on the chart looks like it should result it a test of the previous lows to me.
