No. But if we dither long enough for Saddam to develop mukes, he will have more destructive power than Nazi Germany ever possessed. Fortunately, we won't do that.

Oh I see.. now you're a friggin' little Clausewitz...

One.. (almost) never attack unless you have at least a 3-1 advantage in forces... (force multipliers are icing on the cake)

Second... "P" stands for "plenty".. As in plenty of all the things created to break all of the others things that the enemy has created..

Third, the more you have, the greater chance you'll never actually have to use it..
