The last 20% loans are the ones at serious risk. As far as I know, there isn't any way to shove those off on Fannie. Those are the home equity loans that are getting wrapped up and stamped with a great big AAA rating courtesy of MBI in the structured finance bubble. Nobody knows who's actually ending up holding that shit.

But what do we care? Housing prices only go up, right? <s>
