yeh whatever... Russia had a pretty good lock on people until satellite media... so assuming the realization that the west was better off required technlogy starting in the mid-70s or so, it took all of 15 years to kill the former USSR. Same with vietnam, even less time. Add the internet to the mix and plenty of the world's citizens will be capitalists before you know it. The important thing is to treat all people well, and avoid cronyism and nationalistic cliques in these different companies... remember how japan did that and we didn't like it.

There will probably always be some risk of terrorism. There is also some risk of flood earthquake and fire. But does that mean we as a society just shut down all business completely, fight with every other nation on the planet, cause the world to boycott US goods etc. just so we can "fight the cause of flood/fires/earthquakes"? Do we issue "earthquake alerts" that last for a full month because there is some evidence, somewhere that there might be one? NO. This is just common sense. Hey we haven't had a terror alert in what, a week now? After that month long code purple or whatever in february, it almost feels like I'm going braless or something.
