What allies?

Allies are needed to show that others are being stupid with us. Like the coalition of the willing. Which became the coalition of the billing. Failing that, Dubya tried to create the coalition of the coerced. Even that has not worked. We are now just a coalition of one - the drilling, I assume. Or the killing. Dubya is corrupting our language too.

Dubya stands isolated in his imperial impetuousness. Hence the need to constantly bring up fictitious allies. Like misery, idiocy loves company.

Has anyone noticed we no longer hear about the "Coalition of the Willing?" When's the last time the Administration used that term? Indeed, the talking points passed down from out of the radical fundamentalist White House must have stressed a need to lay back off that phrase for a bit.

OK, so Blair's on his way out. Spain and Italy's leaders were probably in only cause he was. Hey, Bush has still got that Czech Republic truck (I'm serious, by the way!). They haven't pulled the truck back yet, have they?
