OT ~ I love yoga

Yes, I am beginning to develop an affection fast approaching love for yoga, as well.

push your head and neck off the ground to form the bow.

Not there yet. I think I will stay at "preliminary bow" for a while. It takes me a full day to re-adjust my spine each time I do "the shoulder stand moving into preliminary bow" as you have said :-)

particular kind of yoga you prefer, like hatha, kripalu, ashtanga, kundulini, sivananda....

I alternate between quite a few kinds, including hatha yoga. Sorry, can't remember which ones now, but I will get a program the next time I go (tomorrow).

Have you tried sauna yoga yet

Temperature does get very high in the room where we do yoga in certain sessions, but I am not sure if this is what you mean. I am told the yoga classes in the US are in much hotter rooms. Personally, I don't like the heat that much (unless I am a few meters from the sea in which I can jump at any moment), and would prefer doing yoga in open air, even on the beach (which I intend to do this weekend, actually :-)

Doesn't matter though, they're all great

It certainly feels like it. I am pretty new at yoga, but already feel the change - a month ago, I could not touch my toes when standing with my legs straight and I would sometimes fall on my belly during the part of sun salutation that resembles a push-up :-)
