US media is much better in this regard, they have self discipline ;-)

Don't you agree that much of the Arab sentiment toward the US and Israel is created through government controlled media.

No. The negative sentiment towards the US stems MOSTLY from its unconditional support of Israel as the latter "oppresses, humiliates, and steals land from" Palestinians (quotes: what I remember from the statement of Israeli soldiers who refuse to serve in occupied territories)

I am sorry, but there is no escaping this by saying "their media is biased". No matter what media you follow, you cannot have escaped the rather damning fact of America's financing of both Israel's settlements into Palestinian lands and its crushing military superiority that makes possible the occupation, and the complete and unconditional support given to Israel by successive American administrations.

There is also what is widely perceived as America's hypocricy of supporting the tyrants and autocratic regimes oppressing various nations while preaching freedom and democracy - ex: House of Saud relies on the US to uphold its rule, even against its own people. However, that is not as valid a point in my opinion.
