I agree. Though, it's not so much the individual countries that cause concern — it's "Q" building up a power base. His vote swinging at the UN is only a precursor of things to come. Getting rid of him will be much more difficult than Saddam simply because &#151 nobody likes Saddam. Of course, our plate is pretty full right now. "About all we see from those African Despots is a hand out to us for Aid. I expect we will continue to do business with the ones that have oil, and ignore the rest. We have enough on our plate at the moment."
