The funny thing about Saddam is that he is doing what he wanted to do and would have been doing. It's the folks who are so vocal about opposing war without UN blessings who have created this situation. They're aiders and abettors as far as I'm concerned. At the end of the day, their actions have done more to guarantee war than to promote "peace." You need a loaded gun pointed at Saddam's head to get his attention and force compliance. But the gun needs real bullets and not a flag that says "Bang! We're just kidding."
