Do we have the right, to tell other races how they should govern themselves, or what they should believe in? Apparently so.....we often broker trade deals that we can terminate if we don't like the way the other side is handling their human rights issues....in fact we even make trade deals wholely dependent on a trade partner conforming to our "standards" But, the same can be said about China, Saudi Arabia, Yemen, North Korea, North Vietnam, Cambodia, Yugoslavia, etc. etc. Are we going to attack them also? No. Why? Why such a short list.....most of the countries spewing venom at the UN are guilty of human rights violations....some keep power by slaughtering their own people. Is the fox guarding the hen house? We are willing traders with countries that stone their petty criminals to death while we turn our muderers free. We support governments that starve their people while building their military. Some complain that sanctions hurt the common people.....well, they do, but have you ever seen a picture of an undernourished Iraqi soldier or govt talking head. There is a german/french proposal for the UN to take control (even ownership) of Iraq oilfields after a war.....hmmmmm, I wonder who will benefit from that LOLOL How did things get spun from people (terrorists...some with weapons of mass destruction) trying to kill us to a discussion about human rights???? Why do victims need rights groups??? Freedom and democracy is our way of life. ....as long as you vote EXACTLY as I tell you....where have I heard that before???????? I suppose if a person had the time, we could go on forever answering questions with more questions... Good luck in your trading
