I am an eternal optimist. Sometimes i am right. I like the fact that we are close to the 10 votes. I never believe Putin would cross us--abstention. So its 10 for maybe against france, germany and syria. French veto means nothing by itself if russia backs off. Russias long term interests with US. Saddam is seeing all this.
