Ask The Methodist Church which is against Bush, the biggest church in Texas. There are many-many Christians who now see Bush as a potential evil. And they all suffer from Bush's economy too. Right-wing Evangelicals pretend to represent Jesus. But they are largely a bunch of hucksters and white-collar thieves. I used to date Oral Roberts's CFO's daughter. She told me the whole story. Rooms full of cash from the suckers they swindled. Everyone buying Mercedes and doing cocaine. Dont trust the Evangelicals. Some are righteous but many are con-men. Also Pat Robertson has an African mission now whose real purpose in trading in conflict diamonds. The dark side of the religious right. Ralph Reed working out of Enron's offices in 2000. Jim and Tammy Faye, Jimmy Swaggart, Falwell's blaming the gays for 9-11. etc.
