In the producers, I think my favourite is WRM. I owned ELD from the 27c level but got out around $2.30. I think in the right gold market it could still go to $10 and that it is a buyout, but because of the leverage of the warrant, WRM is going to provide a greater percentage gain.

I had some NGX. This is a mediocre company, and Brascan is pulling the strings. If they are going to really go somewhere, they need to make a gold acquisition. This is unlikely though, because Brascan owns Noranda and they push NGX to make copper acquisitions to feed Noranda smelters. NGX becomes a good story simply because of the warrant, and if they make a straight gold acquisition, it will be a winner.

My other favourite producer is SMF. I think Queenstake will do quite well, and GBG is a great near-producer.

I really get excited by the explorers. One that is never mentioned on this board is AXM. These guys used to run Samax. They are going to make a major find in Africa, but they have a terrible share structure, and they don't know how to promote, so it is one I would pick up near the end of the cycle. As I stated, I like R.T, I think KBR is cheap and the warrants look nice but they are dicey because they expire in less than 1 year. There are couple of other interesting explorers, but I can't talk about them yet because I haven't fully established positions.

There's three bags full from me.
