Still not enough fear showing to indicate a bottom yet, IMO. We continue to move down on the indexes, but in a seemingly controlled way. I'm looking for there to be rampant panic in every stock holder's eye before we can call it a bottom (and even then, it will probably only be a short term bottom). I think 50 on the VIX will not be too high at all. With how smooth the indexes have fallen, and how smooth VIX has moved up, there just isn't any panic yet to speak of. When panic strikes, we'll all know it. There won't be any doubt.
