That means I can rationally state that Saddam's government is illegitimate. Why?? Because I can. I have seen some strange arguments on SI, but this takes the cake. Hawk - Sorry to break the news to you but you really are not that important in the scene of international politics. Whatever strange definition of "legitimacy" you care to cook up, you will not change the fact that all countries on this planet recognize Saddam's government. End of story.
