Saddam has nothing to do with culture. Saddam has to do with Saddam. He has been asked a simple task and chooses not to comply. He is being presented a new list of 6 demands by the British. Let's see how he makes out with these. The minute you give this nut an inch he'll pin you to a wall and put a bullet through your head. How much time and money do you waste on a man with this type of evil intent. If he was not a rich man he would surely be a dead man by now. The only reason innocent people will die is because he will certainly surround himself with as many as he can to preserve his own regime.
