Only a total technology retard would state that clinton had anything to do with any military technology improvement. clinton was powerless to prevent good honest people from improving technology. Technology created productivity and mr. bill sucked up the revenue growth and quenched the capitol that was fueling hope and growth. The idiot refused to capture binnie when he had a chance and then 9-11 occurred. 9-11 was a massive destruction of productivity and consumed trillions in lost time and new requirements for security.
