The Serbs used wooden mockups and fooled most of the NATO bombardment in 1999..so I read. Detection is one thing. Identification and separation of the real from the unreal is another thing especially high up in the air or space.

Are you nuts too? Range of 5 miles! Balsa wood and duct tape! Come on Steve, the explanation of video survelience makes far more sense. Perhaps the thing that makes the most sence if you want to get into conspiracies is that Blix purposely set up Powell and Bush to make them look like fools if they took this bait. That to me is a credible alternative as that drone has no weapons use whatsoever. At any rate, I bet the international community is laughing their asses off right now. M
