Give W some credit here. Most of the rest of the of the ME is ruled by dictatorships. In none of those nations is it growing on its own because the media is so heavily censored. The young jobless blame the US and Israel because they can't criticize their own governments. Too bad most of them pick up fox and cnbc on the dish because their images of us as blatantly pro israel and anti arabs are essentially reinforced when they see how arab guests are treated.
