Again everyone, but you do prove sanctions don't work when the junky is in charge of the sanctions on the dealer. re:killing the Kurds.....if we didn't expect he was going to use the gas to kill people during that war, why did we give it to him??? Giving Arabs flight training in no way makes one think they will be flying into buildings. At best we gave them a couple pounds for "medical research", what he did after that was his responsibility.
