Well, it looks like the FASB approved options expensing. We're toast now, everyone I know is converting to contract (which is more expensive for companies). I wonder what this will do to real estate in silicon valley. This really is terrible, I don't think the market will do anything for years. I don't expect a crash like you, just flat for years and years.
