It is time for this under the horizon method of paying management gets under control. At first I had no problem witht the concept - but it has gonne too far and in too many companies. If management is so good - they are profitable and should be paid. If they are not that profitable the stockholder shouldn't suffer dilution. That's not how I saw it at first - but the worm has turned and those that make money should be paid -say it up front and brag about being transparent.The market will reward those the most that do. JMHO Bob
