There are some posters whose posts I enjoy reading so much that given the choice between losing them or the ability to post myself it would be an easy decision - boot me. Frank is one, although he is certainly not the only one. Not going to make a list because I don't want to offend anybody by leaving them out.

And the baby killer remark was beyond the pale, "Would you like to kill them yourself or would you prefer someone else to do it on your behalf."

Ugh.

A public slap on the wrist would have been a nice gesture, and would go a long way towards two goals -- reminding us about the limits of polite discourse, and encouraging the conservatives who feel like the thread is not balanced.

Which, by the way, you've been doing a very good job about lately, thank you.

And, I don't want to let it go unnoticed that some conservatives (not naming names) have definitely stepped over the line without a public wrist slapping, so I assume that there were private reprimands.

Timer just rang on the roast chicken. Later.
