Read the report of the Commission of Inquiry. Sharon was not on the scene. The local commander was faulted for not discovering and stopping it. I don't believe anyone was accused of knowing and therefore acting as an accomplice. It is very long and I might have missed statements that support Friedman's contention, but his contention was not a conclusion of the inquiry.
