Well, I guess we have to agree to disagree then. I think a 7% average annual return over the next 10 years is very doable. In fact, I think it is conservative. I believe we are currently see a decent buying opportunity. If we had already attacked Iraq, this market and economy would already be moving upwards. Unfortunately, we have a few madmen loose in the world that need to be eliminated. Once we've taken care of those problems, this market and economy will come back. However, I think we're going to see a double dip first due to the sustained high oil prices. And the risk of stagflation is high and growing higher daily. But there is still a very good chance of a decently quick recovery, if we finish the job in Iraq soon. Anyway, only time will tell for certain.
