I think if urban RE prices suffer, then entire economy folds
suburbans will suffer also from the severe downturn in consumer spending, which has been kept on life support from REFI's

I dont see any silver lining to a RE pullback
it represents the next to last debt sanctuary for K-Winter to attack and bring to submission
