Suspend the Estrada filibuster time and again: To pass a 14% flat tax, enact legitimate tort reform, begin Social Security privatization, phase out Medicare, eliminate National "Public" Broadcasting and the National Endowment for the Arts, and establish universal school vouchers. Then it's back to the Estrada filibuster, each time. If Estrada is willing to play ball, Bush could have this counrty cured of the Clinton Disaster by December. Then they break the filibuster, and give Estrada his bench...
