Reverse splits! On 11/18/02 I had 109.302 shares of AT&T which closed that day at $13.51 which made my 109.302 shares worth $1,476.76.

The following day (11/19/02) they did a reverse split complicated by a spin off of Comcast. That left me with 21.8604 shares of AT&T which closed that day at $27.20 making my 21.8604 shares worth $594.60 plus 35 shares of Comcast which closed at $25 making my Comcast worth $875.00. Total worth of both stocks that day was $1,469.60.

Today, 3/26/03, I have 22.055 shares of AT&T (dividend reinvestment bought an additional 0.1846 shares since reverse split) which closed at $16.98 today making my AT&T shares worth $374.49, a loss of $220.11 or -37%. My 35 shares of Comcast closed at $29.09 today making them worth $1,018.15.

All told, together my AT&T and Comcast are worth $1,392.64 today, a loss of $84.03 since last November 18. Glad my Comcast held up because I knew that AT&T wouldn't.

It will be the same when LUCENT does its reverse split.
