I am expecting a percentage correlation, not a point correlation. I expect our next meaningful bounce point to be the october low. That will be 20% off of the Dec 2nd high. You will notice that there was a corresponding bounce at 20% last June/July before the final selloff. That 20% level corresponded to the Sept 2001 low. This means that I am looking for a total 33% drop from the Dec 2nd high. That brings us to 640.
