Awhile back on some thread there was a discussion about the laws covering possession of pornographic material with underage subjects. I remember you saying something about how it didn't matter how you came in to its possession or even if you knew you had possession of it that there was legal liability. At least in the UK it seems some sanity prevailed in a case where a virus or trojan placed porn on a man's computer apparently without his knowledge. theinquirer.net
