IImarinen, Yes botulinum is also very poisonous, but a lot harder to weaponise. Anthrax forms spores automatically. All you have to do is slowly change the blood media into saline and then place them under osmotic stress by removing the salt. They then form the spore as protection against this harsh world you have made. Once in a spore state in water you dry them out and coat them so they do not stick.

Botulin is a delicate protein and cannot tolerate sunlight or air for very long. Nice to kill 1 person, not practical for many. Ricin from castor beans is also very toxic, but hard to make into a dry, tough dispersed form.
