That seems to lineup with other things i'm reading.

Carl Swelin on DP keeps mentioning the 9-Month Cycle low on Mar 27, as being a probable climatic low. He believes it will be in range between Mar 20 to 27, with cycle lows occuring a week earlier in a bear market.

European markets have already broken the October lows. So will the American markets follow?

Let me make the visual point, insofar as a picture can speak volumes. Here is a Bloomberg graph plotting them against one another. The correlation between the SPX and the Bloomberg European 500 index (BE500 on your Bloomberg) stands at .985 over the last two years. So you know.
