A fairly poor response from you on this. I spent a lot of time writing that post and this is all you can come up with.

As far as supply and demand is concerned, Indian programmers make 8K/year- think we'll get there? And japan never went into software- they went into cars and consumer electronics... hmmm how did that work out again?

Actually intc might be ok for awhile, the company particularly vulnerable here is Cisco- I think Huiwei will take them down, they have an entire culture based on stock options and a HUGE US-based R&D org. This could be good news for Intel actually.
