OT ... Huey, thanks for the updated SFAS 123 earnings.

In the future, you might consider adding (or replacing) a column to show the after-tax compensation expense. (Then I, for one, wouldn't need to take the difference of the two columns you presented. <gg>)

For Intel, we've seen after-tax compensation expenses of 6, 11, 15, and 17 cents per share for 1999 thru 2002. IMHO, this expense number and it's trend, is more informative when not buried in the "noise" of actual earnings.

Without putting too fine a point on it, assuming that formula valuation thingy allocates a certain amount of the value per year, the that works out to 21K per employee. Intel grosses about 337k per employee. And I assume this part is the vested part.

I do not know what total payroll cash is, nor average salary.
