an occupation without war yep. with one big difference: you'll get your international support for this via a UN resolution. even saddam has publicly welcomed full inspections. let's take him up on it! -g- we don't have either the military man-power or the money sure we do, we're the third most populous country on the planet AND by far the wealthiest. what we don't have is a long attention span, and in my mind that is not a sufficient excuse to blow up civilians with MOAB when an alternative does exist. blue-hats are armed/unarmed based on the terms of their arrival. we get to define those terms.
