Don't think it will. Too many large institutional
players in the game that own CSCO. Look at what happened
today - on rumors, CSCO goes up (along
with a bunch of others). I'll hold to the 10 theory and
stick with the 25 a share by 2004.
This market is getting goofier and goofier every day.
Regular TA doesn't work and hasn't for 2 years. It's as
though a group of lemmings are running the show, and they
don't know which way to go.
