Bush's economic policies have had an adverse effect on the markets since day 1. Ask George Soros. Call him ignorant? The Bush Factor he calls it. Oil, deficits and saber rattling do not a healthy US or global economy make. And it's getting worse not better. Also no real action against corporate criminals and little attention even paid to the economy other than slogans and good old voodoo economics II.

especially since Clinton's last budget ended on September 30, 2001. The Nasdaq was at 1400 then, not much higher than now.
