edit: Actually, Jorj's convictions are probably the best reasons for doubting yesterday's signals, as I think most folks here will agree.

One of the things that we saw last October was a pretty strong capitulation as indicated by an extremely low tick reading. At the same time, the trin was very low. That meant that the institutions were buying like crazy. We have not yet seen the same thing where there is a mass capitulation while the pros accumulate.. That tells me that we can have a nice little corrective rally like yesterday and today, but not much more.
