just some passing technical thoughts
1) 140 out of a possible 300 stocks have traded in excess of there normal trading range
2) MSFT, which I use as my "tell", has done that 2 consecutive days, which is usually followed by some selling thereafter....opened rite around 20EMA of 23.70, next resistance is 24.57 50DMA
3) some dead cats are bouncing....BGEN CDWC CCMP...
count me as a perma short, waiting for today's flurry to settle

CLHB was a great short on the fade from 10
FWIW

Funny you should mention DKEY and ARIA. I just made my 2002 IRA contribution and was looking at them to add to my ratdog portfolio.

Two other old time rats near the 52-week low:
JMAR
DYNT (up today)

...anyone still watching these?

some fallen angels are nice to daytrade. HMSL trying a bounce, but the news are bad here.

In Europe some rats have been created. Corus is now so cheap (and that was in part a profitable business, except British Steel) but of course, could default if their financing problems are not solved pronto.

Same goes for French Alstom, a 21B conglomerate trading at few 100MM market cap. This also needs restructuring,...

Here, I paid a look at MCSI which has been sold off to nothing. They have brought in new management. At a half buck, worth a coin toss.
