Velo always sees something from the bear side that just confounds me. However, many times in this bear, he has been proven right Well, that is what happens in bear markets, bears looks smart. The interesting thing to me will be what happens if this rally is for real and how long it takes for people to see it. Then when they all see it and are as bullish on SI as SI was bearish the past few months, it will probably be over.
