Its all Demo politics. they know DAMN WELL that right now in the middle of this negotiations with the UN Bush cannot give them an estimate. Hell, we dont even know if Turkey is going along with us on this. I am quite sure that he intends to have IRAQ pay eventually for anything related to its new government but I dont think he wants to SAY THAT right now as then he gets accused of going for their oil. jdn
