That's what this whole thing is ultimately about James.. At least folks like myself perceive it as such..

And the Iraqi people (be they Shias, Kurds, Christians, or Sunnis) have no fundamental human rights, except those bestowed upon them by Saddam Hussein and his Baathist elites.
